生產設備清單及特種設備的驗收、檢修記錄, 各種特種設備年檢記錄或使用許可（如電梯、鍋爐安全年檢）、各種特種設備員工上崗證（如叉車駕照、電工證）

5.Facility regulations, rules and records of bonus, penalties for all employees
